ESTIMATES AND PROPOSALS
An estimate is a basic overview of work needed and a general price for that work. Estimates are free of charge. Proposals go more in-depth on the scope of work with a break down of how much each item will roughly cost. Proposals range from $50 to $300 depending on the scope of work. If the client accepts the proposal, the money paid will be credited.

EMERGENCY, PRIORITY, WEEKEND, HOLIDAY OR AFTER-HOURS RATES
Regular Time- Hourly Rate x 1.5 (up to 8 hours)
Overtime- Hourly Rate x 2 (over 8 hours)
Sunday (Regular Time)- Hourly Rate x 2 (up to 8 hours)
Sunday(Overtime)- Hourly Rate x 2.5 (over 8 hours)
SUBCONTRACTOR RATES / MATERIALS AND PAYOUTS
Cost plus 15% profit and 15% overhead.
PERMITS (BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, FIRE, MECHANICAL, STREET SPACE, SIDEWALK, MISC.)
$111.00 per hour to obtain permits plus 15% profit and 15% overhead on the cost of the permit.
Miscellaneous- Special Inspections, Temporary power hookup, tool/equipment rental, etc.: cost plus 15% profit and 15% overhead.
Dehumidifier Rental: $65.00 per day per unit
Certificate of Insurance: $100.00 per certificate
